Belinda Panozzo is a proud Wiradjuri woman with over 15 years of experience working across the disability and community fields. She brings strong cultural knowledge, a collaborative approach, and a dedication to improving outcomes for Aboriginal children, families, and communities, Belinda’s work is guided by deep cultural understanding and a strong connection to community.
In her role as an Aboriginal Consultant, she draws on both professional expertise and lived experience to support culturally informed practice and advocate for approaches that uphold dignity, respect, and self-determination. Belinda’s work spans direct support, community engagement, advisory roles, and collaboration with service providers to improve responsiveness to Aboriginal needs.
Belinda is driven by a commitment to meaningful, long-term change. She works to elevate Aboriginal voices, strengthen cultural safety, and contribute to outcomes that support the health, identity, and wellbeing of Aboriginal children, families, and communities.
