Youth Off the Streets engaged RS Creative Solution to develop the artwork for their Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan for 2017 to 2019. The Innovate RAP was launched on 15th November 2017.
On 5th September Youth Off the Streets Convoy of Courage departed from Government House, beginning its journey to Bourke. Father Chris Riley started the day with a live cross with David Koch from Channel Sevens Sunrise where he discussed the uses of the new Mobile Youth Centre and the journey of their Convoy of Courage.
The Convoy of Courage is a four-day convoy starting from Canberra travelling to: Cowra, Wellington, Dubbo and finally Bourke. The convoy provides the community in each town with the opportunity to show support for the young people in the area, many of who face incredible challenges including poverty, neglect, emotional and physical abuse, and homelessness.
